The usual checks are still the ones that matter. Verify licensing and insurance directly with the issuing body, get at least three written quotes, and ask each firm for recent local work you can look at.

Corrections

Where a guide is factually wrong, it gets corrected. A page nobody has revisited in three years is a liability, not an archive.
